Pick-Up & Cancellations

Please pick up your pottery within 45 days of the end of your class or visit.  

We are not able to store your wares after this.

We have limited space available in our classes and workshops.  Many times we have a waitlist. If you do not show up the space is still saved for you so we do not issue refunds or credit for classes and workshops that are not cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.

Deposits for groups that cancel within 2 days of the reservation are not refundable.

All credits must be used within 60 days of cancellation.
