Pick-Up & Cancellations

Please pick up your pottery within 45 days of the end of your class or visit.  

We are not able to store your wares after this.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a class or workshop is booked, we do not offer refunds—no exceptions.

Because space is limited and often waitlisted, your spot is held for you whether you attend or not. If you need to cancel, you may receive a studio credit only when the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Credits must be used within 60 days of the cancellation date.

Group reservations: Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled event.
